This class describes the real estate auction process in detail as well as the related legal and ethical issues correlating to these topics.

Attendees are enlightened as to the circumstances in which a real estate auction can provide a solution.  As well, examples of conditions where real estate at auction is likely not successful are explored.

Further, attendees are informed as to the various licensing and educational requirements of those involved in the real estate auction business in Ohio.
